Hi all,
Now that the announcement has come forth regarding the AGTA lab closing.... what is your "Plan B" for when you must have a report produced?  GIA? IGL? AGL? or others?

Your thoughts?

Hi Roger,

There are more options than you might think. AGL has naturally stepped into the void, as they are known for color and are in New York. Gubelin is working on diminishing the distance issue. Our lab, Stone Group Labs, does colored gemstone research and identification.

Depending on the type of stone and the value, there are lots of good, reliable options.  More all the time.
